Job Description
- Tickets Management and Facilitation (Open / Assign / Carry on / Closures / Archives).
- Consumables dispense (Ruled).
- Parts dispense (Ruled).
- Update operational stock status and levels.
- Handle courier shipments to fulfill operational requests.
- Work on documents and project preparations (Schedule / Reports / Archives).
- General operational support (Document Management / Operational Teams / Data Support).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Preferably Operations) or any similar field.
- Excellent English Level
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiar with utility systems and applications (ERP-Ticketing)
- Reasonable basic accounting background
